Howard Behar is the former President of Starbucks and Starbucks International. Howard will be a virtual participant this year joining us from Palm Springs, CA. He and his global team led Starbucks from 25 stores to well over 15,000 stores around the world. He is also an author, adviser and passionate advocate for servant leadership and caring for people.

Nicki Straza is a workplace culture strategist, speaker, and Certified Flourishing Facilitator. Nicki partners with organizations to foster inclusive, trust-based workplaces that equip leaders to bridge communication gaps, increase engagement, and build collaborative environments that meet the needs of a multi-generational workforce.
